Rosalia

Rosalia Vila (aka Rosalia) is a Spanish flamenco and pop vocalist. Since she was a teenager, she's been involved with the edges of both popular and traditional music. Additionally, she explores genres including hip-hop, trap and soul. Pepe Habichuela has said that her voice as sweet, sharp but also having a bit of bite. El Mal Querer is her second album that was made available in 2018, which was critically and commercially successful. Following Los Angeles, her debut album, released in 2017, was awarded an Latin Grammy for Best New Artist and also an Latin Grammy nod. La Fama, featuring The Weeknd came out in 2021. Motomami included songwriting collaborations with numerous artists such as Cory Henry, James Blake and others. The album was released on March 20, 2022 after performances of the track Chicken Teriyaki on Saturday Night Live. Rosalia became the first Spanish solo artist to perform on the show on Saturday Night Live. Motomami, Rosalia's album that was awarded three Latin Grammy Awards also made Rosalia the first female singer to have won the Latin Album of the Year award twice.
